The rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception will all be held in Waco around the downtown/Baylor area.
Air Travel
For anyone who has never visited Waco, it is a mid-size city located halfway in between Austin and Dallas (approx 90 minutes to either metro area). Â Waco does, in fact, have a regional airport that is serviced by 2 major airlines (American and Continental). Â However, there are no direct flights into Waco Regional (airport code ACT); all American Airlines flights must change planes in Dallas and Continental flights change planes in Houston.
You may wish to note there are three alternative airports outside of Waco that may be utilized, as well: Dallas/Fort Worth International (airport code DFW), Dallas Love Field (airport code DAL), and Austin-Bergstrom International (airport code AUS). Â Dallas Love Field is serviced almost exclusively by Southwest Airlines, and would probably be the best selection for that carrier. Â All four of the above airports offer rental car service on-site.
